Do you love tech and have a heart to serve the Church? We' re looking for a skilled IT Support Technician to help maintain and secure our church’s tech systems, from hardware and software to network and security cameras.

This is a casual ministry role where your skills will directly support the mission of the church. You’ll work behind the scenes to keep things running smoothly and securely, especially during Sunday services and ministry events.

Information Technology (IT) Support Technician

Reports To: Admin. Specialist, Finance & Facility

Position Status: Casual / On Call

Hours of Work: Average of 4 hrs/week + Sunday Service/Regular Event Support or approximately 10 hours/weekly

Salary Range: $19.24-27.29/hourly, negotiable based on qualifications and experience

Start Date: As soon as possible

What you'll do:

  • Maintain access points, ethernet line, computers, printers and devices
  • Manage cybersecurity (1Password, 2FA, malware removal)
  • Support network setup, maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Maintain security camera systems
  • Provide tech support to staff
  • Keep IT inventory up to date

What we’re Looking for:

  • Experience in IT support & troubleshooting
  • Strong background in networks & security systems
  • Knowledge of Windows/Mac systems
  • A heart to serve and glorify Christ through your work
  • Flexible, responsive, and reliable
  • Regular attendee of IWC and an active member of a Life group
